The number 2 reason to give up sugar is because it causes the body to store fat because the sugar burns fast and very easy while leaving its sludge behind, fat burns slow and clean with a constant supply of energy making one feel wonderful and clearing ones system of potential disease. I'm determined to eat no animal flesh ever again in my life. What I have discovered and experienced in life and body changing and a potential good feeling to live happy and free of disease. I feel great and now want to feel greater. I rest well and I digest my food. It takes a commitment to with willpower to overcome the plague of processed foods. We have an obligation to our family and relatives to set an example and resist the world's food. Eating today's diet is costly in terms of life and accomplishment. To be sick is a dark negative we hope to avoid. Let us be well from the tree of life of the Garden and as reconfirmed in the Book of Revelation Prophecy from the vision of John the Apostle.
I no longer use Colgate toothpaste because it has fluoride poison in it, read the label. I use a plain paste from the health food store and now that I have changed I noticed a big difference in the irritation of my gums, which I already suspected that it was surely habit forming. I have always had to brush immediately after eating but now I do not feel this irritation and I believe something is added to the toothpaste to hook us on it to keep us.
